Phenergan is a prescription medicine used to treat the symptoms of allergic conditions, nausea, vomiting, motion sickness, pre- and post-operative sedation as well as obstetric sedation. Phenergan may be used alone or with other medications.
Phenergan belongs to a class of drugs called Antihistamines, 1st Generation, Antiemetic Agents.
It is not known if Phenergan is safe and effective in children younger than 2 years of age.
