Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All enrollment fees, membership fees, and course payments are non-refundable.

By purchasing access to Madriella Doula Network courses or memberships, you acknowledge that:

  • You are receiving immediate access to digital educational materials
  • You have the opportunity to review course content during your membership period
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
    • Failure to complete the course
    • Change of personal circumstances
    • Dissatisfaction with the material
    • Ineligibility for certification due to unmet requirements

2. Payment Plans and Outstanding Balances

If you enroll in a payment plan:

  • You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access

Certificates will not be issued until all payments have been completed in full.

Outstanding balances remain owed even if:

  • You stop participating in the course
  • Your access is suspended due to non-payment

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By enrolling, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

  • Your access to the course and membership may be suspended immediately
  • Any certifications issued may be revoked pending resolution
  • You remain responsible for the full balance owed

We reserve the right to provide this policy, along with proof of access and agreement to these terms, to payment processors to contest disputes.

4. Cancellations

Because access to digital course materials is provided immediately upon enrollment, cancellations do not result in refunds.

You may choose not to continue using the service; however:

  • No refunds or credits will be issued
  • Any remaining balance under a payment plan remains due

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided except where required by law.
