Part 1 of the form has to be completed for each individual student.
If you are entering multiple students, complete Part 1 for each student first, then complete Part 2 for all of them together. In part 2 (the payment window) you can increase the number of students you are paying for. For example, if you entered five students in Part 1, then you would increase the number shown to 5.
