Using just your fingertips, gently massage your client’s temples and scalp.

A facial massage is the best way to rejuvenate and relax your facial skin and muscles. It also instantly lifts your mood and helps relieve stress. The face, like the feet, is a part of the body that can only be massaged if we are not doing anything else. This sends a subconscious message to the brain that “it’s time to relax.”

Facial massage can reduce the effects of stress thus facilitating sleep, reduces anxiety, slows down heart rate, improves breathing, releases physical and mental tension, promotes feelings of calm and well-being.
