Protecting our Doula’s private information is important to us, and we don’t want our membership area invaded by spammers, so we have a very sensitive log-in system.

If it detects any suspicious files in your browser history or if you recently changed your password and your computer/device has the old password in its cookie file it might not let you log-in. So if you are having trouble, try this:

First, make sure you are entering the correct username and password. Sounds obvious, but this happens more often than you would think.

Second, if you are copying and pasting your log-in information, make sure you only highlight the text. If you highlight a blank space before or after the text the log-in will read this as an additional letter and will reject your password.

Delete your browser history, including any cookie files.

This works most of the time. If you are not sure how to do it, just google “How do I delete my browser history with a [laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc]?” and you will find plenty of help.

This is especially important If you changed your password in the past while logged in with another password.
